Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defected or incorrect item, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be made on UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We assume no liability for lost items or other damages to merchandise once it has been purchased and has left the store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at primitivebeach@gmail.com . We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipment and will not be refunded for the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Items can be returned within 3 days after you receive the package. Refunds We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after purchasing your item in store to receive a full refund in the same way you purchased the item. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it, unworn or unused and with tags. You must have original receipt. Exchange/Store Credit We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item in store to exchange your item/s or receive store credit. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it, unworn or unused and with tags. You must have original receipt. Anything purchased at a discounted price (sale items) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
